The SB 1703 Inclusive Child Care Program was funded through the California Department of Education, Child Development Division and contracted through the YMCA Childcare Resource Service, a department of the YMCA of San Diego County.  Its goal was to ensure that children with disabilities had access to child care in California. KIT served at the lead agency on the grant, delivering training, child-specific consultation and systems coordination for San Diego County.
